1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LINE to Intercom Integration service ("Service") provided by SimpleIda LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides real-time integration between LINE messaging platform and Intercom customer service platform. This includes:

  • Bidirectional message synchronization between LINE and Intercom
  • User profile and contact information synchronization
  • Support for individual chats, group chats, and LINE rooms
  • Integration with Intercom's Fin AI and automation features
  • Custom data attributes and assignment rules
  • Real-time webhook processing and delivery

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Have valid LINE and Intercom accounts with appropriate permissions
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based access to our Service with different plan tiers. Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Free Trials

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.3 Billing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
  • To violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • To spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • To impersonate others or provide false information
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • To resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • To violate LINE's or Intercom's terms of service

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with LINE and Intercom platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • You must comply with LINE's and Intercom's respective terms of service
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services
  • Third-party service availability may affect our Service functionality
  • You grant us necessary permissions to access your LINE and Intercom accounts
  • Data processing is subject to third-party platforms' privacy policies

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a license to use, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Support

We provide customer support via email and our support portal. Support response times vary by subscription plan. We do not provide support for third-party platforms (LINE or Intercom).

8.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes affecting functionality.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Service without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
